Damien Landron, Chief Executive Officer of Cream and Jean Duguay, Chief Executive Officer of Khiplus explain the mission won with a railway company. Cream and Khiplus have joined the Audensiel group. Focus on this acquired mission.
What are the customer benefits of the service center ?
Damien Landron (D.L): A service centre, composed of several engineers, is responsible for providing industrial and measurable services to one or more clients. The establishment of a service centre allows the client to delegate the management of its IT project to Audensiel.
What projects will be carried out by the team ?
D.L: The mission is to merge the data of the actors who are getting closer and to test their use in a new tool.
Jean Duguay (J.D): More concretely, upstream of the test scenarios, our teams must generate daily data in order to make them usable by the teams in charge of the execution of the tests.
What is the scope of this mission ?
D.L: This represents several thousand files, generated and tested by robots that we created.
What are the team profiles and what are the medium-term objectives ?
J.D: The team consists of IVV (Integration Verification and Validation) engineers and testers.
D.L: The two major railway companies merge on October 1 to offer a single customer platform. Therefore, the data exploitation and testing work must be done by September at the latest.
What are the advantages of setting up this service centre for Audensiel ?
D.L: This allows us to offer a mix of profiles of both juniors and seniors within the team allowing knowledge transfer while providing a high quality service.
