On January 27, four Audensiel employees—Sosthene, Paul, Ibrahim, and Elodie—participated in a unique hackathon organized at Édouard Vaillant Middle School in Hauts-de-Seine. This event, held in partnership with the Innov’Avenir program led by the association Les entreprises pour la Cité, allowed 9th-grade students to work in teams on innovative projects related to future-focused themes such as mobility, health, nutrition, and social connections.

A Day of Reflection and Innovation
Guided by our employees, each student group had one day to propose a solution linked to one of the given themes.
The goal?
To encourage their creativity, analytical thinking, and ability to work as a team to solve real-world challenges. Through this challenge, they discovered collaborative work, project management, and the importance of pitching to defend their ideas.
Audensiel’s Commitment at the Heart of the Hackathon
At Audensiel, we firmly believe that the connection between education and the business world is essential to preparing young people for future challenges. Our employees took on the role of mentors, supporting students throughout the brainstorming and creation process. They worked to stimulate the students’ curiosity, help structure their ideas, and guide them in bringing their concepts to life.
At the end of the day, each group presented their project to a jury—a key moment where students showcased their work and confidently defended their proposals.
A Meaningful Partnership
This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment alongside Les entreprises pour la Cité, which promotes equal opportunities through its Innov’Avenir program. By participating in this hackathon, Audensiel reaffirms its dedication to sharing knowledge and supporting the talents of tomorrow.
We are proud to have contributed to this great experience and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the students, the association’s team, and our employees for their dedication and energy throughout the day.
Congratulations to all participants!
