Audensiel reaffirms its commitment to fight against all forms of discrimination, whether they relate to sexual orientation, gender, religion, social level, age or even physical appearance. Indeed, Audensiel is in a process of total inclusion of all talents in response to our purpose :
“Facilitating access to digital uses and professions in order to contribute to a fairer and more inclusive society. »
To fight against all forms of discrimination, Audensiel informs and raises the awareness of its employees through training on the discrimination criteria prohibited by law.
Indeed, article L .1132-1 of the Labor Code states : "no person may be excluded from a recruitment procedure or from access to an internship or a period of training in a company, no employee may be sanctioned, dismissed or be the subject of a discriminatory measure, direct or indirect”. Consequently, French law is based on several criteria of discrimination.
