Audensiel continues its growth path and has just acquired ACII, a digital transformation firm. ACII is present in Nantes, Niort and Tours. ACII is positioned on three areas of expertise: AMOA and project management, IT design and development and training, particularly with insurance players and mutual insurance companies. The 100 ACII employees join the Audensiel teams, which already have 810 employees.
Since CAPZA entered the capital of Audensiel in 2019, this operation is the 3rd external growth. It was produced with the financial assistance of BPIFrance.
